Micromet offers several standard packages for convenience. These standard packages are a good starting point for new clients and encompass a range of levels of support and functionality to cater for various types of customers.

Basic Package

The basic package includes the standard Micromet central control service with a 1-way device, and access to the system online. The customer can provide audit details for the site and is responsible for keeping these up to date. Faulty hardware will be replaced under warranty, but all support is billable at our standard hourly rate.

Advanced Package

The basic package includes the standard Micromet central control service with a 2-way device, and access to the system online. Intial site audit is included, and thereafter the customer is expected to keep details up to date, or engage Micromet to re-audit the site as and when they deem it necessary. Support is available during standard business hours by phone or email, time in excess of 12 hours annually is billible at our standard hourly rate.

Full Package

The basic package includes the standard Micromet central control service with a 2-way device, and access to the system online. This package also includes ET Drive and Budgeting, plus site re-audit every 2 years. Support is available during standard business hours by phone or email, time in excess of 36 hours annually is billible at our standard hourly rate.
